Questions About The Space?

Our boardroom comfortably seats up to 10 people and is designed for team meetings, client presentations, and private discussions. It includes a large table, comfortable seating, and access to high speed internet.

The boardroom is available for booking seven days a week from 8AM to 9PM. Please reserve any setup or cleanup time you require, as bookings may be scheduled back to back.

At this time, we do not host personal events such as birthdays, showers, or celebrations. Because The Loft is a shared coworking environment with members accessing the space daily, we prioritize maintaining a professional and quiet atmosphere.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with access instructions. Our secure entry system allows you to unlock the space using your smartphone, making it quick and simple to enter during your reserved time.

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring food, snacks, or beverages for your meeting. We also provide access to a fridge, microwave, and kettle for convenience. If you need local catering recommendations, we are happy to help.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations made at least one week before your booking receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50 percent refund. Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your booking.
